OH MY GOD IT'S A FIRE!!! ... sale ... IT'S BURNING!

Posted May 27th, 2008

Haven't posted anything in awhile. Jacob Bannon's site is up, he designed it, I built it. Also, Steve Myers site is up, although there isn't much content in it yet, I designed it and built it.

My flickr is here, it has photos of bikes, cats and other things.

The Jays suck, the weather sucks, GTA IV sucks ... looking forward to a summer of less suck.

Deathwish Vinyl Downloads

Posted November 15th, 2007

Deathwish launched their vinyl download system today, which I recently developed. Each piece of vinyl will come with a coupon that allows you to download high quality mp3s and high res cover art for the lovely piece of vinyl you purchased.

A lot of other labels are doing this, and it's certainly a great idea. Vinyl is still an incredable medium which will no doubt outlast the CD.

Aaron Horkey is a good illustrator

Posted July 8th, 2007

So I just got two amazing new Aaron Horkey prints (bringing my total to 4), they aren't framed yet, as I just got them a few days ago, but I'll put new photos up once I get em. If you're interested in his illustration work, be sure and keep an eye out on Burlesque and Deathwish, his stuff generally sells out VERY quickly.

Milk was a bad choice

Posted July 8th, 2007

So summer is finally here ... I haven't been doing any freelance since I finished the new Deathwish site. When I'm not at Takeover making magic happen I'm usually on my bike, watching the jays or sitting on my ass playing ps3. I also had the pleasure of seeing Ryan Adams live for the first time, it was incredable.

I got a new bike just before I left for California, a single speed Jamie Roy from IRO and since then I've been either riding it or working on it whenever possible. Hopefully over the next little bit I'll be transitioning the bike to fixed gear with the help of Matt Rennick who has been largely responsible for my new love of track/road bikes. Matt also has some photos of Takeover's office at the link above for those interested.
